Is it really just $49 a month?
Yes – $49 per location each month, with unlimited team members and every feature included. Pay by the year for $490 a location and keep two months. Prices exclude tax – any applicable tax is added at checkout.
What if I run more than one property?
Each location is billed at $49 a month and managed from one account. Owners get a combined view and a Monday summary across every property.
Can I import my existing schedule?
Yes. Bring your roster and a typical week of shifts from a CSV. You preview every row before it lands, so nothing imports by surprise.
Do my staff need accounts?
Staff get a light login to see their shifts, claim covers and leave hand-off notes. They can also get their schedule and shift reminders in Telegram or WhatsApp – nothing to install. There is no cost per person.
My team speaks more than one language. Will they understand it?
Yes. The app works in about 50 languages and each person picks their own – the manager and the team can read the same schedule, each in their own language.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime – no retention call. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your roster, shifts and history are always yours to export, and cancelling never deletes them. Deleting your workspace is a separate step you control, with 30 days to undo before it’s erased.
