Can I import my existing rota?+
Yes. Bring your roster and a typical week of shifts from a CSV. You preview every row before it lands, so nothing imports by surprise.
Do my staff need accounts?+
Staff get a light login to see their shifts, claim covers and leave hand-off notes. There is no cost per person.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel anytime – no retention call. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your roster, shifts and history are always yours to export, and cancelling never deletes them. Deleting your workspace is a separate step you control, with 30 days to undo before it’s erased.
