Schedio started inside a New York boutique hotel where the front-desk manager juggled a paper rota, a group chat and three printed handover notes. The shift tools we tried were either built for warehouses (time-and-attendance with no context) or built for enterprises (calendars no one updates). We wanted something you can teach a new shift lead in 10 minutes.
