Schedio started with watching a New York boutique hotel run its floor – the schedule lived in a spreadsheet, three group chats, and the manager's memory. Every sick call meant a scramble. Every shift change lost something. The hand-off was whoever happened to still be standing there at the end of the night.
So we built the screen that desk needed – one live view of who's on, who's covered, and what the next shift needs to know. Not a workforce-management suite. Not a planning platform. A calm dashboard for the people actually running the day.
We kept it small on purpose. No investors deciding the roadmap, no enterprise sales motion to feed. The business is the $49 a month, paid by operators who'd rather not think about their scheduling tool at all. That's the highest compliment the product can earn.
