What counts as a location?
A location is one site with its own shift coverage – one hotel, one restaurant, one clinic. You're billed $49 a month for each, run from a single account.
Do I pay per employee?
No. Team members are unlimited at every location. Staff logins never cost extra.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is $490 per location – the equivalent of $40.83 a month, two months free. Switch anytime; the change applies next cycle.
Is there an invoice and a DPA?
Yes. Annual plans get a standard invoice, and a DPA template is available on request to paying customers.
What if I subscribe and it doesn't work out?
Every workspace gets a 14-day money-back window on its first paid charge – ask within 14 days and we refund it in full, once per workspace. Details are in the Refund Policy.
