Your account

Your personal settings live behind your avatar in the sidebar. They affect only you – your name, language and sign-in options – never the workspace or anyone else's settings.

Profile

Your profile holds three things:

• Display name – what your team sees on handover notes, the activity log and anywhere your name appears. Keep it recognizable: "Maria" is easier to recognize than a set of initials.
• Work email – shown read-only. This is your sign-in identity, so you can't change it here.
• Personal email – an optional private second address. Only you can see it; it's never shown to teammates or managers.

Language

Pick any of 50 languages and Schedio switches the interface – and every email it sends you – to that language. Each teammate picks their own, so Maria can work in Spanish while her manager works in English. The same setting controls the language of your email notifications.

Sign-in and security

If you joined Schedio through a sign-in link or with Google or Microsoft, you may not have a password yet. You can set one here, or change the one you have.

You can always sign in three ways, whichever suits the moment:

• Password – sign in with your email and password.
• A one-time email link – choose Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page. The link is valid for 15 minutes. This is also the "forgot password" path: sign in with a link, then set a new password from your account settings.
• Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft – works as long as the account uses the same email as your Schedio sign-in.

Sessions

Your active sign-ins are listed in your People profile. If you lose a phone or leave yourself signed in on a shared computer, a manager can sign out that device for you – see managing people.

Delete my account

Deleting your account removes you from the workspace. The workspace itself and its data stay – schedules, notes and history all remain for the team.

One safeguard: an Owner can't delete their account while they're the last Owner. Promote someone else to Owner first – see roles and permissions for how roles work.
