Billing

Schedio has one plan with flat pricing: $49 per location per month, or $490 per year — two months free. Unlimited team members, every feature included; nothing is gated by headcount.

Your free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full features and no card is required — see create your workspace to get started. Before the trial ends you'll get a reminder email, and a banner appears in the app so the date never sneaks up on you.

Managing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing & plan. Only an Owner can see this page. From here you can:

  • See your plan, your trial end or next renewal date, and your usage.
  • Subscribe via the secure checkout.
  • Open the billing portal with Manage subscription — update your card, change billing details, download invoices, or cancel.

If a payment fails

You'll get an email and an in-app banner right away. There's a grace window to update your card before anything changes, so a temporarily declined card is no emergency.

If the grace window passes without payment, the workspace turns read-only. Your data is never deleted for billing reasons — schedules stay visible to everyone, but editing locks until payment goes through.

Canceling and reactivating

If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, the workspace becomes read-only until you resubscribe — nothing is lost in the meantime.

Adding locations

Pricing scales by location, not by people. If Northside Inn opens a second property, adding it costs $49 per month for that location — team size at either property doesn't change the price. See locations for how to add one, and workspace settings for everything else an Owner can manage.
