Email notifications

You decide which routine emails Schedio sends you. Open the avatar menu and choose Email notifications to find your personal toggles.

Your toggles

• Daily manager digest – for managers. An end-of-day summary of tomorrow at your location: who's scheduled, open gaps and fresh handover notes. Sent at 18:00 local time.
• Shift reminders – an email 30 minutes before your shift starts. Useful if you don't check the app every morning.
• Weekly owner summary – a Monday-morning summary for owners and managers: the week's shifts, coverage, alerts posted and handover resolved.
• Schedule activity – your published schedule when a manager sends the week, plus the emails about your own shifts: changes, swaps, requests and time off.
• Product announcements – occasional Schedio product news. Never more than a few per year.

Each toggle is personal. Turning off your digest doesn't affect anyone else at Northside Inn.

What each toggle covers

• Schedule activity gates both the schedule a manager sends (your shifts plus what changed since last time – see sending and printing schedules) and the event emails about you: swap offers and approvals (shift swaps) and decisions on your requests (shift change requests).
• Billing notices are sent to Owners regardless of these toggles. See billing.

Unsubscribe and language

Every notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, so you can opt out straight from your inbox – it pauses the matching category.

Emails arrive in your profile language – change it once in your account and both the app and your inbox follow.
